Who digs always finds something. That ‘something’ may have been underground for years, patiently waiting to resurface.
While digging up the garden soil, I came across this not-too-old Buddha statue.
Some people would like to dig up old precious coins, but I would rather find spiritual enlightenment.

Those who dare to get lost meet more experience.
Lingering bamboo is a poorly maintained relationship. Before you know it grows uncontrollably throughout the garden.
Even the ivy creeps uneasily through the tall grass, blind to all the chaos as if it wants to cover everything up. The fence screams angrily about what needs to be put right.
Dig deep to the roots, where it โhurtsโ all these years. Pruning, remediation and decisions. This time it is raining under a clear sky; they are roots and root ball. It is the sound of work for a better future and dare not leave a single piece of ‘bamboo misunderstanding’ behind bโcause it will soon start all over again.
