I was barely nineteen and determined to follow homeless people in Amsterdam\u2014drug addicts and alcoholics, each with a story of their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For years the negatives lay untouched, a certain fear in me of tempting fate by bringing the story out into the world. Exploiting someone\u2019s misery to benefit myself has never been my cup of tea…..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
